Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, availability and prices are those displayed when you order. We take reasonable care to present material information accurately. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for a genuine reason such as unavailability, a clear pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to deliver, and will refund any payment taken where required.

Payment and delivery

Prices and payments use GBP. The available payment methods and final total are shown at checkout. Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory UK law.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible only for losses caused by your breach to the extent permitted by law.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. We do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any limitation applied to a consumer will be fair, proportionate and effective only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively for legal, security or operational reasons. The terms applying to an accepted order are those available when the order was placed unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where they can fairly do so.

Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory UK consumer protections and any mandatory law of your place of residence continue to apply. Nothing here deprives you of the right to bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory law. Contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it promptly.
